I was reading a 10 step blog on buying a home that was put out by Realtor.com
I thought it was really well written, and kinda just want to repost it. If you want to read it, then go HERE.
What I was impressed by was they really stressed in the Are You Ready to buy a house section that it is not only a financial decision, but an emotional one too. One of the benefits of using a Realtor such as myself who is calm and funny is that I can make the stress of the process much lower.
So the first questions it asks are
Why do you want to buy a home?
Are your finances ready for homeownership?
What can you afford to buy?
After you determine that, you can really get into the fun part of shopping for your new home.
I will take you through all of the step you need to determine if homeownership is right for you? Give me a call and lets get started.
